Mark New, former co-founder of New & Neville Real Estate Services and broker at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate, opened N&N Real Estate Services with his daughter, Rachel in January 2019. Mark has been active in Oregon's retail real estate industry for over thirty-years and has extensive experience in marketing retail property throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. N&N provides expertise in all aspects of retail real estate including property acquisition and disposition, pad, shop space, and anchor tenant leasing, in addition to project design and tenant mix consultation. Assignments have ranged determining the highest and best use for clients' surplus properties to designing and implementing statewide market penetration plans for national retailers. Mark's experiences enables him to advise clients on such diverse issues as land use regulations, financial structuring of leases, contract documentation, and construction coordination.
